#1. Please open an Internet Explorer window and enter 'www.methodhelp.com' into the address bar as shown:
#2. The remote help window will open and will look similar to the window below:
#3. Please enter your first name into the box that says 'Your Name Here':
#4. After the technician connects to your chat you will see a request to remotely connect to your computer. Please click the 'Accept' button shown in the image:
#5. A new window will appear. If nothing happens please click the blue Install button in the middle of the page. Otherwise skip this step.
#6. You will see a pop-up that looks like the image below. Please click the 'Run' button.
#7. Once that has finished you will see another pop-up. Please click the 'Run' button.
#8. Finally you will see this box in the bottom right hand corner of your screen. This lets you know when the technician is remotely connected to your computer. At any time you can click the 'Stop' button to cancel the remote control session.
